Alma began her professional journey in the hospitality and events industry, where she served as Special Events Manager at Stonepine Estate Resort in Carmel Valley, Ca. Catering Sales Executive for Marriott and Corporate Sales Manager for Hilton Chicago-Northbrook. She later founded Red Orchid Events, her own wedding and event planning company, where she helped couples and families bring their visions to life. These roles sharpened her skills in negotiation, vendor management, and client service, giving her a deep understanding of how to anticipate needs and deliver with excellence.

Today, Alma uses this expertise to provide a seamless and elevated real estate experience. She is passionate about creating personalized strategies that reflect each client’s style, goals, and lifestyle—whether they are purchasing their first home, moving up, or investing for the future.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Alma’s greatest role is being a mother to four children and stepmother to two. Having been widowed two years ago, she has leaned on her faith and God’s guidance to walk this journey with strength, gratitude, and love. She also draws daily inspiration from the example of her mother, whose resilience, faith and unconditional love shaped the woman Alma is today. Alma credits both her faith in God and her mother's influence for installing in her values of compassion, integrity, and perseverance—qualities she now brings into every relationship, both personal and professional.
